International Educator Exchange to New Zealand

The educators for the exchange program to New Zealand for July, 2004 have been selected. The School Leadership Centre would like to acknowledge each of the educators who submitted an application. The calibre of all applications was remarkably high, and the selection process extremely difficult as a consequence. The educators going to New Zealand for the 2004 exchange are:

• Mr. John Chenowith, District Principal, First Nations Education, SD 58, Nicola - Similkameen.
• Ms. Gloria Cole, teacher, SD 36, Surrey.
• Ms. DeDe DeRose, Principal, Beattie Elementary School, SD 73, Kamloops.

Our congratulations to these educators. We trust that the students of British Columbia will benefit greatly from their experience.
